THE TRUCKING/TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

There are no set rules for trucking per say. We’re all lumped together in one pot called “Transportation”. But yet we differ one from another. We carry different freight that weighs and loads differently on our backs. Some rules and regulations apply to us and some don’t. We’re split into different categories such as dump trucks, tractor trailers, tow trucks, box trucks, dry trucks, refrigerator trucks, tanker trucks, pick-up trucks, trash trucks, roll back trucks, oil trucks, and the list goes on…………..

We fall in the same industry yet we at times compete against one another when in fact we need one another as we move America forward toward better and safer roadways.

The trucking industry is a big part of the construction/building industry and that of America. It’s the weight of the infrastructure and foundation of all industries. We are needed in every sense of the word as well as at the forefront of the projects, negotiations, rates, or structural designs of our roadways; meaning we’re needed in the decision-making process. Such as the heights of bridges, overhangs, depth and width of tunnels and more. This will ensure that we travel at the least cost effective and safest route to obtain the profit margin desired to maintain a high-quality business as minimize faulty incidents but maximize safety for ALL on our roadways.

We as truckers take pride in our driving skills and abilities to load and unload; to haul and to dump; to hook-up and to unhook as we strive to work for the American people who also drive on our roadways.

We like to call it a “win win” situation for ALL! We work to build and grow our business while helping to build and grow our nation by driving safely on our roadways. Safety First is the motto we drive by!

Peace and 10-4 Good Buddy!
